| Meet our Staff Joseph A. Ceruti
- President, Founder of Company, Principal
Joseph has worked in all phases of the company and industry for 22 years. Joseph
serves as the CEO and the CFO while attending to daily operations
including, but not limited to, activities involving marketing, advertising,
budgeting, and even washing dishes when needed.
J ohn S. Ceruti - Director of Operations
John is a classically trained chef who is a graduate of Purdue
University with a B.S. degree in Restaurant Hotel Institutional Management and
an A.O.S. degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. John has
been in the industry for over 18 years and has served in all phases of the
operation. John has been a driving force in propelling the company into a Tier 1
food service company. John is certified “Serve Safe Food Protection Manager” by
the National Restaurant Association and the State of Indiana.
Lisa Crabill - Office Manager & Controller
Lisa started with the company in 1998 and is a customer service expert. Lisa’s
quality management skills include payroll procedures, accounts payables,
accounts receivables, catering sales contracts, business proposals, and
communication systems.
Elisabeth Onz Ceruti - Manager of Social Events
Elisabeth started with the company in 1998 and was very instrumental
with the start-up of Ceruti’s Kendallville Division. Elisabeth specializes in
total turnkey event planning. Elisabeth received a B.S. degree in Business
Management from Indiana University.
Leslie E. Hatton - Event Specialist
Leslie started her career with Ceruti’s Catering in 1998 as a banquet server and
became a full time sales staff member in August 2000. Leslie has obtained
Catersource Certification in continuing catering education and is responsible
for menu planning, sales catering contracts and scheduling of personnel. Leslie
also serves as Ceruti’s graphic designer for all promotional materials.
Carol Roop - Event Specialist
Carol has seventeen years experience in the food industry and eight years
experience in food sales and marketing. Carol joined the Ceruti’s team in 2003
and her job skills include event planning, customer service, and catering
contracts. Carol possesses strong communication skills, which helps to enrich
Ceruti’s customer relationships.
Matt Golaszweski - Production Assistant
Matt has extensive experience in the food service industry. Matt plays a
very important role in the overall production and execution of most catering
events. He is instrumental in creating innovative menu items that utilizes the
inventory at hand. This skill level has been instrumental in keeping food cost
in line with budget. Matt has been producing great food since joining Ceruti's
in 1999.
Rick Krantz - Off Premise Catering Manager
Rick graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Aeronautical
Engineering (A.A.E.). After selling his own business in 1996, Rick became a
member of the Ceruti's team. Rick uses his engineering skills to design
sophisticated event plans that include proper guest flow, buffet props,
logistics, food safety, employee safety, transportation of product and
equipment, and staffing ratios.
Josh Hatton - Catering Manager
Josh has been a part of the Ceruti team since October 2000. Josh has obtained
Catersource Certification in continuing catering education and the
responsibility of managing employees. Josh uses his knowledge of catering to
plan and execute every event with professionalism and quality service.
