Our purpose is to provide our customers with an excellent product and quality service at a very competitive price. CONFIRMATION OF ARRANGEMENTS:
Final menu selection, approximate guest counts, and attendant details should be submitted two weeks prior to your event date in order to ensure maximum efficiency. Ceruti’s will make every effort to accommodate for last minute planning.

GUARANTEES:
A final guaranteed guest count is required 6 business days prior to your event date. This guaranteed number is the minimum for which you will be charged. Should you need to increase your guarantee, Ceruti’s will accommodate increases up to 24 hours prior to your event. (Note: you may not decrease your guest count after the 6 business day period prior to your event date.)

DEPOSITS:
A deposit equal to the total estimated catering contract is due and payable 6 business days prior to your event date, unless your company or group has an established credit history with Ceruti’s Catering. Deposits are non-refundable. All deposits will be deducted from your final invoice and all balances are due upon receipt of invoice.

ROOM RENTAL RESERVATIONS:
A payment equal to the Room Rental Contract amount is required for guarantee of room rental reservation. Room rental is subject to a 17% service fee and applicable taxes. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. For additional information please refer to our “Banquet Room Information” page.

PRICES:
Prices are subject to change unless guaranteed by a signed contract. All food, beverage, labor, and rental items are subject to a 17% service fee and applicable sales tax. If your group is tax exempt, please forward your tax exemption certificate prior to the event date.
